What we need to teach our staff before they meet campers and parents

I was reading today on a blog and the heading about body language caught my attention.

As camp directors, it is our job to make sure that we give the skills to our staff members to be great staff for us, but also to be great people. Cairn leads in-service sessions with their staff every summer, teaching them a variety of life-skills.

The article on body language makes me think about every thing that we do not cover in staff training. How long would we need to cover everything that we need to. Teaching our staff about their body language is probably one of the things that will pay back most over the short and long term.
