I have worked in the summer camp industry full time for the past 15 years.
There are still days I feel like I am just making things up and people are believing me.
I’m not sure if this is a problem, it doesn’t seem to be. I think I do my job well.
The small kid voice that has never left my head thinks it is really cool that people think I know what I’m talking about.
We just need to teach campers to fake it until they make it. I think many people feel this, but few put it into words.
